My husband and I have been dreaming of retiring to the San Juan's for years. I have family on the San Juan island and have fond memories of spending time there. When we decided to look seriously for a piece of property, we sent our wish list to Michele and she began gathering possible properties for us to look at. She was able to show us 5 properties that ticked all the boxes of our wish list. The one we wanted had been on the market for a while and we fell in love with it. Unfortunately, another couple was also interested and put earnest money down. We were disappointed, as was Michele, but she told us that anything could happen and it did. The couple decided to not buy the property opening it back up to us. Michele was immediately on top. Of it and kept in constant contact with us through the entire process. Very informative. I always knew where we were in the closing process. Michele was available and quick to respond to our inquiries. We were out of town but she was able to communicate with us in a very timely manner. She also gave good suggestions about the negotiation process.
